What is a concierge service?

Most people are familiar with hotel concierges. Concierge services expand that role into the public and corporate sector, helping clients to achieve a better work-life balance. A corporate concierge is a service put in place for your employees, either as a company benefit or an incentive, to help them balance the demands of a bustling, professional, modern lifestyle. A corporate concierge provides employees with numerous personal services, information services, entertainment arrangements, and travel coordination. Corporate concierge programs are customized to suit an organization's needs.

What is the minimum time we can hire you for?

We have a minimum of a half hour charge on our services and then we bill every 15 minutes after that so you can hire us for any length of time you require.  We also have pre-packaged rate plans as well. You can combine services so that you are only charged the hourly rate no matter how many services we can do for you in that hour.

What if the service I need is not on your list?*

Don't worry!  If you don't see the service you require listed on this site just let us know what you need.  VIP Concierge & Errand Service is committed to providing you the service you require or we will find someone who will!

Does VIP Concierge & Errand Service use service providers that are reliable?

Absolutely!  At VIP Concierge & Errand Service, we have relationships with only high quality service providers to ensure our clients receive the value they have come to expect from VIP Concierge & Errand Service.  All our service providers and preferred vendors are cleared by the Better Business Bureau and are Bonded and Insured so that we can recommend them to you with confidence.
